To be eligible for a return, your item must adhere to some conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings canceled after confirmation and payment of deposit will incur cancellation fees as follows from the total package amount, which depend upon the number of days prior to departure:
90-60 days prior to arrival – 90% refund,
59–30 days prior to arrival. – 80% refund,
29–15 days prior to arrival – 65% refund,
15 – 07 days prior to arrival – 30% refund
00- 07 days prior to arrival – No refund
Payments will be refunded online to the customer accounts around 10 working days after cancellation.
